It speaks for itself\u2014which is perfect because your pie hole should be stuffed.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Peach and Blackberry Pie is good with a capital U. You can make her with frozen or fresh fruit. It\u2019s the perfect dessert for when you just want some pie like a normal person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e7a241df7296e4ff0f6ddcd28d7f60ca\"><strong>Peach and Blackberry Pie + Homemade Pie Crust <\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-66d004a2203fccde1ccd06e13f969660\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For the Peach and Blackberry Pie Filling:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10 oz (3-4) Peaches, fresh or frozen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>18 oz (4 cups) Blackberries, fresh or frozen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup white sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup brown sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon almond extract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tablespoons cornstarch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For the Homemade Pie Crust:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 cups all-purpose flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 tablespoons frozen butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 to 8 tablespoons cold water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ead1f6ded9a9d2ebb22715c65eca5f5c\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For the Peach and Blackberry Filling:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Combine: <\/strong>In a large bowl, combine the blackberries, peaches, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and cornstarch. Stir until evenly mixed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Marinate: <\/strong>Allow the fruit to sit while you prepare your pie crust. If using frozen fruit, stir occasionally until it thaws.
