Like many of us, I\u2019m always looking for ways to add more protein to my diet but sometimes struggle to find good options. That\u2019s why I love baking this banana bread, slicing it up, and freezing it so I can pull out a slice, toast it, and enjoy a balanced snack packed with protein, carbs, and healthy fats\u2014without any nasty chemicals or refined sugars!
