Ingredients:
- 32 oz of cream cheese (room temperature)
- 8 oz of butter (room temperature)
- 3 drops of purple food coloring
- 800 grams of powdered sugar
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together room-temperature cream cheese and butter until as combined as possible.
- Add two drops of purple food coloring to the mixture.
- Gradually add β of the powdered sugar and whisk. Repeat with the next β , and continue until all the powdered sugar is fully incorporated.
- If the icing isnβt white enough, add the last drop of purple food coloring to eliminate any yellow tint.
- Chill the icing and lather it onto your cake!
