Decorative Icing 4-Cups – White Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz of cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 4 oz of butter (room temperature)
  • 2 drops of purple food coloring
  • 485 grams of powdered sugar
  • ⅛teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the room-temperature cream cheese and butter.
  2. Add one drop of purple food coloring and mix well.
  3. Gradually whisk in ⅓ of the powdered sugar, followed by the cream of tartar. Then, add the remaining powdered sugar ⅓ at a time until fully incorporated.
  4. If the icing isn’t white enough, add the second drop of purple food coloring.
  5. Decorate your cake with this smooth, creamy icing!
