Ingredients:
- 32 oz of cream cheese (room temperature)
- 8 oz of butter (room temperature)
- 3 drops of purple food coloring
- 970 grams of powdered sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the room-temperature cream cheese and butter.
- Add two drops of purple food coloring and mix well.
- Gradually whisk in ⅓ of the powdered sugar, followed by the cream of tartar. Then, add the remaining powdered sugar ⅓ at a time until fully incorporated.
- If the icing isn’t white enough, add the last drop of purple food coloring.
- Decorate your cake with this smooth, creamy icing!
